For those that have been following our progress at updating our Matt Parkes Shade Guides i delighted to say that we've add another eight to the done pile!
Mathew Parkes the multi award winning painter kept accurate records of every shade of paint he added to our miniatures, and as a result we can give a close-up Masterclass in how our miniatures were painted. |

Continuing with our Spanish Century range of 28mm miniatures, today you can see the Arquebusiers and Crossbow armed troops which we have made for our Neapolitan Spanish in the 1500 - 1520's.
Crossbows were much more the missile weapon of choice at the start of the Great Italian War, but they were soon replaced, by arquebusiers in fairly large numbers in the early 16th Century. |

I'm Sorry but its that time of year again folks, the time when we at TAG have to look at our prices and profit margins, and make discussions about the price-points of all our miniatures.
The good news id that there will be no general increase in price for all those minis that are bought through site, in the normal way, and for the next year at least we are keep our very popular free postage offer.
But...
As of the 1st of July 2009, the price of our 'Unit Builder sets' will rise by approximately £3.00 per set |

Both of the new packs of miniatures will be supplied on the swifter looking light horses, except for the Officer who will have his own distinct horse.
There is some doubt as to the use of Standards with-in light Cavalry regiments at this time, so if any customer wishes to remove this miniature we can easily replace them with other minis of your choice.
These are the full pack details;
- NAU018 Austro-Hungarian Hussars charging
- NAU019 Austro-Hungarian Hussar Command

Added to the TAG Workbench today are two packs of Spanish Commands for the period 1494 -1520, as well as two more packs of Pikemen for the same period.
The Command groups are divided in to Light and Heavy, the lighter ones to lead to crossbow and arquebus armed troops and the Heavies for pike blocks and Sword and buckler armed troops. Of course both would be suitable to interchange with each other for greater variety. |

Added to our ever expanding Gallery pages are the latest miniatures painted buy super keen TAG brush-man Robin Shackleton.
